The highly anticipated Fouquet’s Mykonos will officially open its doors on June 27, 2026, marking the French luxury hospitality group Barrière’s first venture into Greece.

Located on the iconic sandy beach of Paraga, between Paraga and Paradise Beach, the new property aims to combine Parisian sophistication with the relaxed Cycladic lifestyle, targeting a high-end international clientele, particularly American visitors.
Ultra-Luxury Experience
As the fifth location in the exclusive Fouquet’s collection (after Paris, New York, Courchevel, and Saint-Barthélemy), Fouquet’s Mykonos will offer:
3 private villas ranging from 600 to 1,000 m², with 5 to 10 bedrooms, private pools, jacuzzis, and private coves.
61 luxurious suites, many with direct sea access.
An indoor pool (rare on Mykonos), a signature Mediterranean restaurant, a bar, and the exclusive ROKA beach club (sister brand of Zuma).
A standout feature is the Rock Spa in partnership with Dr. Barbara Sturm, equipped with a hyperbaric chamber, floatation tank, ice bath, and an indoor pool carved into the rock — reflecting the global trend toward longevity and wellness.
The resort will also include a full-size NBA-standard basketball court carved into the rock.
Strategic Partnership & Design
The Barrière Group has signed a management agreement with Yoda Group. Greek firm Divercity Architects designed the project using local mineral materials and the signature white Cycladic aesthetic.
With nightly rates for the private villas reaching up to €40,000, Fouquet’s Mykonos is positioning itself firmly at the pinnacle of luxury travel in the Aegean.
